I have worked in Private Client departments since 2003 and I like to think I adopt a practical and sensitive approach to support my clients with whatever they want to achieve in the private client area of law. I have a sympathetic ear and find it rewarding to have made a difference in navigating clients through what can sometimes be a complex process of estate administration.
I assist clients with planning and drafting their Wills ensuring their wealth is passed on in accordance with their wishes. I value the importance of practical legal advice so their final wishes are accurately recorded and their interests protected.
I also give sensitive advice to clients to prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney so as to overcome many of the practical issues that arise when someone can no longer manage their own affairs. This is in addition to advising on duties as an attorney.
