I have been working within the field of estate administration since 2003 upon joining HK Law from the trusts and estate department of a national bank. My work includes estate administration for both estates where there is a valid Will and those intestate estates where no Will has been prepared.
I have significant experience in all levels of estate administration, from high net worth estates with significant inheritance tax liabilities and issues, to straightforward probate applications where bereaved family members require guidance and support through a painful process.
