I specialise in residential lease extension work, deeds of variation, new leases, right of first refusal and enfranchisement. I provide specific advice to landlords, tenants, and management companies in these matters.
I am also qualified to advise on equity release matters, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and residential sales and purchases.
Property transactions are often stressful for clients, especially the sale or purchase of a home, or taking a lifetime mortgage. My aim is to guide clients through the process and keep them regularly informed at each stage of the transaction with clear and concise advice that is easy to understand.
Before joining HK Law, I graduated from Exeter University in 2017 with an undergraduate degree in law before completing the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University, achieving a Distinction. I then went on to complete my training contract at HK Law, before qualifying into the Land Department as a Solicitor in October 2021.
