I have been with HK Law since 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. I always provide advice (and associated documentation) that prioritises simplicity wherever possible, mitigates risk, is cost effective and protects my client’s interests.

My recent work includes numerous company and business sales and purchases; advising on charity incorporations and constitutions, and arrangements between charities and related trading entities; share capital restructuring and share buy-back transactions; preparing shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements, and advising on shareholder disputes (often in circumstances where the necessary agreements had not been put in place at the outset).

I also specialise in corporate matters arising from the administration of estates, and the formation of (and corporate arrangements for) management companies as part of real estate developments.

I regularly advise on facility and security documents for corporate borrowing as well as private arrangements for loans and security.

I grew up in Dorset and take a keen interest in supporting the local community. As well as my role within HK Law, I am also a Trustee / Director of Dorset Wildlife Trust (Dorset’s largest conservation charity) and sit on its Finance and Risk & Audit Committees.
