Qualifying as a solicitor in 2002, I have over 20 years’ experience in land law and specialise in commercial property. I have gained experience in most areas of commercial land work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, conditional contracts, option and overage agreements, auction sales and purchases and site development. My clients are diverse and include developers, private individuals, property investors and charitable organisations. My clients’ businesses also span a variety of fields including industrial, retail, travel and tourism and, of course, residential development.
