Matthew is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation team, based in Poole.
I am an Associate Solicitor advising clients on civil litigation with a focus on property and probate litigation and dispute resolution.
My clients include residential property owners, property management organisations, agricultural businesses, charities, landlords, freeholders, and leaseholders.
Clients often come to me for advice on high-value and complex disputes (but all sizes of dispute considered) relating to disputed estates, and the use, occupation, and ownership of property. I advise clients on co-ownership disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, rent and service charge claims and boundary disputes. In addition, I advise on contentious probate disputes relating to inheritance act claims and contested wills.
I trained in Guildford, before relocating to Poole/Bournemouth (where I’m from) and HK Law, where I qualified.
