The financial issues surrounding separation and divorce can be complex and it is important to have a strategy and my years of experience can assist in planning the route that suits your aims best ie retaining the family home, pension shares, maintenance or all of these things if relevant. I have dealt with complex financial cases and have the insight to guide clients through a stressful period in their lives.
I also deal with property disputes between co-owners regarding ownership claims and Inheritance Act claims arising from second marriages or between cohabitees.
