My understanding of each step of business transfers gives me a holistic approach to pre-transfer due diligence, contract analysis and negotiation.

Amongst other things, I am experienced in advising counterparties in all aspects of Settlement Agreements, drafting employment contracts, policies and consultancy agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary matters, ACAS early conciliation and Employment Tribunal claims and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
