I qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and came to work at HK Law in 2011. I have been a Partner since 2017. I head up the Dorchester Private Client Team.

I specialise in Private Client work, which means that my area of focus is Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising on and creating trusts, both in Wills and during lifetime, estate planning and mitigation of inheritance tax. I act for a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, occupations and financial positions.

I have built up significant experience in estate administration, acting in many complex cases that have variously involved large property or investment portfolios, business and farming assets, foreign properties and other assets held abroad.

I am a member of HK Law’s Court of Protection Team, and I can assist with a broad spectrum of cases, from straightforward deputyship applications through to complicated applications in regard to both property and financial affairs and personal welfare.

I can also provide advice and assistance in cases where it has been alleged that a deliberate deprivation of assets has taken place to avoid payment of care charges.
