I see myself as a facilitator in any transaction – whether documenting a commercial contract or helping a client to buy or sell their company or business, my role is to make it happen. I am a firm believer that lawyers should enable commercial transactions to happen – oiling the wheels rather than getting in the way.

I deliver commercially pragmatic advice that is clear and easy to understand. I am friendly, approachable and clients often feel comfortable enough to treat me like their in-house counsel.

As well as general corporate and commercial law matters, I am experienced in dealing with transactions for companies in the financial sector, and with financing arrangements for commercial clients including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents (debentures, legal mortgages, share charges) and guarantees.

The matters I regularly advise on include company and business/asset acquisitions and sales; shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and articles of association; terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services; commercial contracts such as franchise arrangements, framework agreements, manufacturing contracts and distribution agreements, consultancy agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
