Legal Secretary – Part Time – Wareham

We are seeking a part time Legal Secretary to be based in the Land Department at our Wareham office, to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our Land Lawyers. The role is 3 days per week, which must include 9-5 on a Thursday and Friday. The other day to be mutually agreed.

Candidate Profile:

This is a role for a skilled legal secretary. You will have good overall knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures from instruction to post completion, and ideally, this will have been gained recently although this is not essential as some training/guidance can be given. Candidates must have an accurate typing speed of circa 60 WPM+ along with a pleasant telephone manner. Working knowledge of digital dictation and Case Management systems (SOS ideally) is highly desirable. The main duties are set out in the job description.
