Rosemary has a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from University College London and specialises in civil litigation. Having trained and qualified in London working mostly in the High Court, she moved back to Dorset and joined Humphries Kirk in 1986. Rosemary deals with a variety of cases in both the County Court and the High Court and has seen many changes in court procedures during that time and favours the increasing opportunities of resolving disputes by mediation.

The first glimmer of light…

The announcement this week that the construction industry and property market is once again open for business, is the first glimpse of light at the end of the lockdown economic tunnel.
