Rod qualified as a solicitor in 1984. From 1985 – 1999 he was a solicitor then a partner in a successful London law firm specialising in work accident claims and Trade Union law.
From 2000 – 2021 Rod was at Jacobs Reeves in Poole, starting as a solicitor, followed by partner and then consultant Head of Litigation.
Rod is a keen football fan and supports Peterborough United. He enjoys reading, nature and wildlife. He admits to being a reluctant gardener and allotment holder.
