Katharine is a Senior Land Law Partner and is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential property including sales, purchases, leases, tenancies, option agreements, conditional contracts, and small business sales and purchases.
Katharine qualified as a Solicitor in 1990. Her true area of expertise is Landlord and Tenant Law and she spends much of her time dealing with lease extensions and enfranchisement cases in the residential sector as well as business leases in the commercial sector.
On top of her varied and many roles, Katharine holds the office of Under Sheriff of Dorset. In this role Katharine supports the incumbent High Sheriff fulfil his or her annual duties.
As a solicitor and local business leader, Katharine is keen to ensure that Humphries Kirk is involved in the local business community and campaigns across the firm about the importance of being a face to our clients and not just a voice at the end of the telephone.
