After graduating from Durham University with an Honours Law Degree, Howard went to Chester Law School and was admitted as a solicitor in 1982.
Based primarily at Humphries Kirk’s Dorchester office, Howard’s practice encompasses both commercial and residential property work although he has a particular interest in acting for builders and developers. In fact, he oversaw the building of his own house a few years ago so gained a valuable insight into the issues and problems that can arise on a new build project.
With over 35 years’ experience, Howard brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience that his clients truly appreciate. His easy-going approach and ‘can-do’ attitude enables him to build up a close relationship with his clients who know that they only have to pick up the phone or e-mail him for sensible, down to earth advice whenever they need it.
“When it comes to property transactions, our clients expect a quick, accurate and personable service; and, because of our team and their dedication, we deliver! However, clients who know us, know we deliver more; and whilst we can advise on all manner of property issues, we can also help clients with everything from making Wills, or dealing with employment issues to helping recover bad debts and drafting commercial contracts. With a wide breadth of services and a network of professional connections, we’re able to help our clients with all of their private and professional legal needs.” Howard Yarnold
