Hayley gained a first class honours law degree from the University of Winchester, graduating in 2017.
Following university, Hayley worked as a Paralegal on a civil litigation department and then began working as a Family Paralegal at Humphries Kirk LLP in 2019.
Alongside working, Hayley completed the CILEX Graduate Fast Track Diploma (2018 – 2020) following which, she undertook the required period of qualifying employment with Humphries Kirk. Hayley qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2022.
Outside of work Hayley enjoys performing with aerial silks and walking her dog around the Somerset country side.

Assisting clients with divorce and financial matters, including drafting financial orders for agreed financial settlements.
Also dealing with private children law matters, and change of name deeds.
