Who should have a Will?

Nick Grassby, solicitor at Humphries Kirk, explains who should have a Will in place:

Everyone should have a Will in place, including:

  • If you are over 18
  • You are getting married
  • You live with someone you would like to be a beneficiary in your Will
  • You have children under 18
  • You are divorced or separated

If you require help in making or updating your Will, please contact your local Humphries Kirk branch and seek advice from the Private Client department.
