| Published on December 1, 2020

Leading law firm Humphries Kirk LLP (HK), has expanded their operation with the merger of Catchpole Law in Cranborne Chase, Dorset. This exciting new business venture is the firm’s first office in the Wiltshire area and takes the size of their workforce to 9 individual offices across the UK. This is the second acquisition the firm has made this year, having already acquired Williamsons Solicitors in Crewkerne.

Simon Cross, Managing Partner at Humphries Kirk said;

“The acquisition of Catchpole Law adds further value to our business by introducing a new office location to service clients in the strategic Salisbury, Blandford and Wimborne areas. With Michael Catchpole continuing at the office, and Head of Private Client, Laura Staples, leading the qualified and experienced team members, we can strengthen our commitment to the client service offering in areas of law not previosuly catered for by Catchpole Law.”

The new ‘Humphries Kirk Cranborne Chase’ office is located on the Dorset / Wiltshire border, perfectly located to service clients in Salisbury, Blandford and Wimborne. It will continue to trade locally and follow on from the core values of Catchpole Law, such as their simple and personal approach.

“Catchpole Law had a great reputation for the specialist private client services they offered, along with strong principles, making it the perfect law firm to merge with Humphries Kirk. I’m excited to continue my law career with such a highly respected firm, and to expand on my knowledge by working with a new team of experts.”
