Leading Dorset law firm, Humphries Kirk, has expanded its litigation team by welcoming a new solicitor.
The law firm welcomes Rod Dutton to its Dorchester office, who specialises in personal injury law, particularly work accident claims. He also has expertise in contested probate matters and an interest in employment and Trade Union law. Rod is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1984, Rod has attained a wealth of experience as a solicitor and then Partner in a successful London law firm from 1985-1999. More recently until now Rod was at Jacob Reeves, starting as a solicitor, then more recently partner and then for the last several years a Consultant. He was Head of Litigation throughout his time with them.
