Humphries Kirk to run ‘business as usual’ during COVID-19

| Published on March 23, 2020

Humphries Kirk continues to provide our full range of legal services during the coronavirus pandemic.

This unprecedented period of insecurity is a challenging and difficult time for everyone and we would like to remind our clients that they have our continued full support. Every effort has been and continues to be made to ensure our staff and clients remain safe and are complying with the latest UK government guidelines, which includes social distancing.

The practical measures we are taking to maintain the high level of service our clients expect include:

  • Offering a variety of different options for our clients to interact with us, all following the advice about social distancing;
  • Continuing to take instructions from clients or potential clients over the phone;
  • Now taking instructions from clients or potential clients using Facetime, Skype or WhatsApp, all of which come with appropriate security and privacy measures in place.

Please note – we will no longer be offering face to face interviews at any of our offices. If you need to bring documents to our premises, please ring or drop the documents through the letterbox.

We will always provide trustworthy and straightforward legal advice across multiple services including Wills, powers of attorney, moving house, family issues, or knowing your rights as an employee. We are here for you, whatever your legal needs.
