MoreDorset and Somerset solicitors’ firm Humphries Kirk recently hosted a communications day at Kingston Maurward College to celebrate staff and firm-wide successes whilst announcing plans for the year ahead.
This is the second event of its kind run by the law firm. Partners and senior management presented on the direction of the business and celebrated staff members who had been awarded qualifications throughout the year and presented long service awards to others. Newer team members were given the chance to meet all of the partners and fellow colleagues.
The event celebrated the core values of Humphries Kirk in the form of accountability, continuous improvement, excellence, honesty and integrity, mutual respect and teamwork.
Humphries Kirk’s communications day presented senior management with the perfect opportunity to discuss the firm’s plans. John Chittenden, managing partner at Humphries Kirk, said: “Our annual communication day is proving to be a great success – it is one of the few times in the year that our entire staff are able to gather together for a day of work and, we hope, pleasure.”
“The communications day gives us the chance to reinforce precisely what we stand for, which is to serve our clients and look after our staff.”
Humphries Kirk provides legal expertise to private and commercial clients, with offices in, Dorchester, Crewkerne, Wareham, Swanage, Poole, Parkstone, Bournemouth and London as well and an international network of lawyers.
