There will be various short, informative talks to attend throughout the morning, as well as the chance to speak to one of our friendly team on a ‘drop-in’ basis. The talks are aimed at tackling topical issues. All are invited to come and go at any time throughout the morning – refreshments will be served.

9.45am – Introduction
10am – Wills and Intestacy – It is important that everyone has a current Will, no matter what their circumstances. Learn about the key features of Wills and what happens if someone dies without making one.
11am – Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax – For those people who feel their affairs are more complicated, come and gain some insight into how Humphries Kirk can assist in structuring your affairs.
12pm – Administration of Estates – Dealing with the Administration of an Estate when someone dies is often far more complicated than people realise. Humphries Kirk will advise on the personal liability of Executors and how they can help reduce this risk with clear, concise and cost effective advice.
