Planning for your children’s future is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. By taking part in HK Law’s guardianship survey, you are helping us understand what really matters to parents and carers when it comes to protecting their children if the unexpected happens.
As a thank you for sharing your views, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into our free prize draw, with the chance to win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers.
Why are we asking these questions?

HK Law’s free prize draw terms and conditions

- These terms and conditions apply to the free prize draw (Draw) administered by Humphries Kirk LLP (trading as “HK Law”) a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with company number OC352286 whose registered office is at Glebe House, North Street, Wareham, Dorset BH20 4AN (HK Law).
- The Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of HK Law, their immediate families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Draw.
- The Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter the Draw, entrants must provide their full name, email address, postal address (including postcode) and telephone number via the electronic data capture form at the end of the survey. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that do not comply with this condition will be void and will not be entered into the Draw.
- The opening date for entries to the Draw is 8am on 1 January 2026. The closing date for entries to the Draw is 8pm on 28 February 2026 (Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will be void and will not be entered into the Draw.
- Two winners will each receive a £50 Amazon Voucher (Prize).
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The winner of the Draw will be chosen by random draw by an independent person on or around 6 March 2026 (Draw Date).
- The winner will be notified by email and telephone (using details provided at entry) before 13 March 2026. If a winner does not respond to HK Law within seven calendar days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited and HK Law will be entitled to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above.
- The decision of HK Law regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- HK Law must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, HK Law will publish the surname and county of the winner on its website at www.hklaw.uk. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact HK Law at marketing@hklaw.uk prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, HK Law must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. HK Law reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- HK Law reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- In so far as permitted by law, HK Law is not in any circumstances responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of HK Law or that of its employees.
- Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry and for the purposes set out in condition 11 above. - These terms and conditions and the Draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Draw wish to take court action, then they must do so within the courts in the United Kingdom.
