Office Supervisor (Front of house)  – Full Time –  Bournemouth (Southbourne)

Seeking a full time Office Supervisor (Front of House) for the Bournemouth (Southbourne) office. The role is to provide a first class ‘Front of House’ service to visitors to the office and to oversee the operational functions across the respective office including Buildings Maintenance. The role will also be responsible for assisting the Group Office Manager in relation to attendance management, holiday records and staffing resources, as well as daily supervision of an Apprentice (where applicable).

Suited to individuals with exemplary client service skills and a smart demeanour. This is a fantastic opportunity to use all of your office supervisory, admin, organisational and front of house skills in a truly professional environment.

Paralegal – 1 x Part Time (17.5 hours) – Poole

We are looking for a Part Time, circa 17.5 hours (5 half days preferred) Paralegal to be based in the Commercial Land Department at our Poole office.

Candidates will have knowledge of commercial conveyancing procedures at Paralegal level. Efficient administration skills are required along with a fast and accurate typing speed of at least 60+WPM. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing admin support to the Fee Earners in order that they can proactively progress their matters. The ability to be an excellent team player with a positive demeanour and a flexible attitude is important. The main duties are set out in the job description.

Trainee Solicitor

We are no longer accepting applications for 2021 Training Contracts, however, we are now taking applications for the 2022 intake. When sending your application, please apply by email and specify your preferred year of commencement in the subject header.

Desirable traits will include; good communication skills, strong academic skills, a flexible approach and an excellent work ethic. Ties to the region are desirable but not a pre-requisite.

Candidate Eligibility: In order to apply, you will have completed a law degree or be able to verify predicted results.  Candidates will normally have been accepted onto an LPC before applying, but in any event, it is currently a condition that all appointed Trainees must have successfully completed the LPC prior to commencement of the Training Contract. If you have taken an alternative route to qualification, you will be required to supply appropriate details and qualification results.

    • Your degree results/predicted results
    • Details of your LPC
    • Any relevant work experience
    • Details of any other languages and level
    • Whether you have a full clean driving licence and a car (this is normally a requirement for work related travel)
    • Any areas of law where you have a specific interest
    • The date you from which you able to commence a training contract

What we are doing to keep you safe?

We would like to reassure all our clients, contacts and those new to enquire with us that your safety is our primary concern.

When booking appointments with us we will keep your details solely for contact tracing purposes, we have Perspex protective screens in each reception, staggered meeting start times, we have masks available in each reception and meeting room and gloves so we can wear PPE if you need us to, after each meeting we are cleaning the meeting room and all contact surfaces on top of our daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning of the offices.

We offer home visits again wearing PPE or telephone appointments via video conferencing.
